1.如果客户在询价时提供了足够的信息,包括详细的产品信息和价格条款,那么这类客户一般比较专业,对产品和市场情况了解比较多,是高价值询盘。
那么业务员在回复这类询盘时要谨慎,且先不要问东问西,应该迅速整理报价,包括产品规格、材料、包装、货期、打样时间、付款条件等。回复一定要简单明了,尽量以公司的名义回复,这会给客户留下好印象。
2.客户询盘后,要做到精准匹配,也就是业务员要根据客户的需求匹配最适合客户的产品,而不是把最贵的产品给到客户。
3.在客户进行询价后,外贸业务员是可以知道客户是哪个国家的,那么业务员可以在回复文字后,加上客户母语的翻译,这更容易给客户留下深刻的印象,且客户会觉得很亲切。
4.很多业务员在收到客户询盘后,第一件做的事就是对客户进行背景调查,其实对于信息充足可以直接报价的询盘,可以及时回复报价。如需要一定时间才能核价的,也应该先回复客户正在处理,大概什么时候可以回复报价。
